Wednesday Observations

Today started out with a bitter wind and although the sun did come out the cold wind continued. The weather station on the top of Phillips Hall recorded the temperature at 7:35pm as -14.6 degrees C = 5.72 degrees F. with a wind at just 5mph. The cloud cover today was altostratus clouds covering about 80% of the sky. I predicted that the night will remain cold and that it will warm up slightly during the day tomorrow.
